We are a mental health charity helping people living in Thurrock and Brentwood.

In 1980, we had a vision – to build a brighter, more empathetic world for those facing the challenges of mental health.

From the very beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to the cause, and it’s a mission that continues. We’re not just a mental health charity; we’re a lifeline, a bridge to hope, and a haven of understanding for those navigating the complexities of mental health.

As proud affiliates of Mind, our reach extends far and wide. We partner and work with Thurrock Council, the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), and with our three NHS providers. But that’s not all. We’re woven into the fabric of our community, working alongside local voluntary, community, and faith groups to create a safety net of services.

Our mission is simple: to ensure that everyone facing mental health difficulties receives the respect and support they deserve when they need it most.

We are not just about words; we’re about action. Our range of services is designed to cater to your unique journey through mental health. From compassionate listening to expert guidance, we’ve got you covered. But we don’t stop there – we provide a wealth of information and advice, offering a hand to help you find your way.

Welcome to a place where empathy and understanding meet expertise and action.
